CAP subsidies control at national scale
CAPCON assesses millions of declared fields against the Sentinel-1 radar
record for the national Paying Agencies of Lithuania and Latvia. It samples
precomputed seasonal statistical rasters directly off shared storage in a
single area-weighted pass, then applies threshold control and crop
prediction to the resulting per-field time series.
All six applications work inside one folder tree:

CAPCON requires an account. Every surface here reads real
CAP declaration data, so there is no public or demo tier — signing in is the
only way through, and you will see only the projects an administrator has
granted you.
